His continuous drive has led him in promoting customer satisfaction through exceptional service, with highly effective and creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives and direct projects that improve efficiency while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
During his twenty years in resort properties, he worked his way up through the various levels at Rex Resorts.
His development program was compressively structured whereby he received training at all levels within the regional group and other attached development training with other high-level resorts in the UK.
He also attended and participated in a summer course at one of the world's recognized hotel schools in The Hague, Netherlands where he achieved certification in yield management. Other prominent international properties where he received on-the-job training at the management level include the Royal Gardens Hotel (5*) in London and the Majestic Hotel (5*) in Yorkshire.
